About Michelle, Personal Trainer

Qualified to level 4 as a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist, Michelle also works in Digital Marketing.

Working for many years for one of the leading providers in health and fitness education was where her passion for fitness began.

Michelle began training with weights and changing the way she ate around the age of 20 and then in 2010 at the age of 35, made the decision to become a Personal Trainer herself.  Since this time she has gone on to gain many more fitness qualifications.

Now in her 40’s, Michelle is in the best shape of her life, healthy, full of energy and advocates a healthy lifestyle.  The best thing is that she can still often pass as a 25 year old!

Weight training and attending crossfit classes, running, cycling and stand up paddle boarding are activities that Michelle does to keep in tip top condition.

When she is not exercising, Michelle enjoys just being at home, spending time with her husband, relaxing and enjoying life.
